ブログサービスの隆盛で、コメントスパムが生まれ、大量にコメント欄にリンクを埋め込むようなSEOが流行した。
その他、邪道なリンクスパムから検索結果を守るため、
yahooやgoogleの検索エンジンは、アンカータグにrel="nofollow"の属性を埋め込むことによって、リンク先に、評価を与えない手法を取り入れた。
そのタグをnofollowタグという。
用法： Youtubeのリンクにも、nofollowタグが適用されたらしいよ。
